Because books may be printed by different fulfilment providers, minor variations in paper, colour reproduction, trim, binding or finish may occur.
These small production differences do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Book editions and Amazon purchases
Miss Dolly Studios colouring books may be available in more than one edition.
Studio Editions are premium physical editions sold directly through the Miss Dolly Studios website and may be printed and fulfilled by BookVault on our behalf.
Amazon Editions are sold through Amazon.
When you follow an Amazon purchase link from this website, the purchase takes place on Amazon and is subject to Amazon’s own terms, delivery arrangements, returns policy and customer-service procedures.
Miss Dolly Studios does not process the payment for Amazon purchases.
Prices
Prices shown on the Miss Dolly Studios website are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.
We may change prices from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your order.
Orders
When you place an order through the Miss Dolly Studios website, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.
An order is not considered accepted until the order has been successfully processed and confirmed.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- pricing or product information contains a clear error;
- payment cannot be completed;

Payments
Payments for products purchased directly through the Miss Dolly Studios website will be processed securely by the payment provider available at checkout.
Miss Dolly Studios does not normally receive or store your full payment-card details.

Fulfilment and delivery
Studio Edition books may be printed and shipped by BookVault on behalf of Miss Dolly Studios.
Information required to fulfil your order, such as your name, delivery address and order details, may be provided to BookVault for the purpose of producing and delivering your order.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on destination, availability, fulfilment schedules and postal or courier services.
Miss Dolly Studios cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date unless explicitly agreed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Additional customs charges, import duties or local taxes may apply to international orders. Where applicable, these are normally the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations, returns and damaged items
Your legal rights are not affected by these Terms.
Where applicable, customers may have statutory rights to cancel or return purchases.

Because Studio Editions may be printed or fulfilled to order, the ability to cancel an order may depend on whether production or fulfilment has already begun.

We will review our detailed returns and cancellation procedure once the live WooCommerce and BookVault fulfilment arrangements are finalised.
Free downloads
Miss Dolly Studios may provide free downloadable materials, such as colouring pages, subscriber rewards or printable resources.
Unless otherwise stated, these downloads are supplied for personal use only.
You may print them for your own enjoyment, but you may not:
- resell them;
- redistribute the digital files;
- upload or share them publicly;
- claim them as your own;
- use them commercially without written permission.
Paid downloadable products, if introduced in future, may be subject to additional terms shown at the time of purchase.
